Humpty Dumpty had a great fall... 🍂🍁..and so can you!
If you're anything like me, this is the time of year you crave more. More sugar, more bread, more sweet treats.
This is the time of year I also try to amp up my hearty food intake! Soups, stews, casseroles, etc.! Not skimping on the good stuff will help to curb those cravings and keep your energy levels nice and regulated. Remember the basics:
Where's the protein?
Don't fear the fat!
Friendly fibre!
