Relax Kids Otago - Leith OT Welcome to Relax Kids Otago, a service provided by Leith Occupational Therapy Ltd. Welcome to the world of Relax Kids!

We pride ourselves for our FUN evidence-based emotional regulation programmes including afterschool classes, and school-based, tailored 1:1 or family programmes. We love using this programme as part of our occupational therapy practice to assist children to learn life-long self-regulation skills, and develop resilience at home, school and beyond. Get in touch to find out about our fun, play-based programmes including afterschool classes, in-school programmes, and 1:1 sessions tailored to the needs of individual children. We can even work with adults in corporate settings! Best of all, programmes are provided by registered clinicians with backgrounds in mental health.
