I am Serina - I'm a Bachelor-qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist. I’m deeply passionate about women’s health, natural skincare, and herbal teas 🌿 I grow flowers and handcraft beautiful skincare and teas right here in the Bay of Plenty, alongside our spray-free avocados 🥑

I also offer natural health consultations, supporting women with skin, hormones, energy and overall wellbeing.
