Birth Trauma Aotearoa invites you to do “50 for 50” this Birth Trauma Awareness Week.
July 17 - 23 is Birth Trauma Awareness Week.
This year we are launching the 50 for 50 campaign.
💙 50 for 50 invites you to do 50 things, during Birth Trauma Awareness Week, to acknowledge the 50 birthing people traumatised by birth PER DAY in Aotearoa.
💙 You choose the 50 things, so it can be as big or as small as you like.
You could bike 50kms; spend 50 seconds longer in the shower; plant 50 seeds; bake 50 cupcakes; ask 50 friends to donate $1 each; raranga for 50mins; do 50 yoga poses; do 50 pushes of your little one on the swing...it’s up to you!
