"How could the milk get so bad?
It is the story of a slow divorce with motherhood, with women, with the Earth, with the beings who inhabit it.
And it is interesting to know that the milk is the offering which one makes to the spirits of the Earth and to the nagas, (which guard the treasures of the Earth and of knowledge), to reconcile them, or to be reconciled with them after an offense, a pollution ...
At the end of the war, milk became compulsory in schools: it was necessary to recover from deprivation. At that time, we started serving cold milk to children ... but cold milk, of course, is indigestible.
Then the modes of production intensified and the cow became a factory with legs. We have forgotten that the dairy cow was above all a mother: we removed its calf at birth or shortly after, we fed it with manufactured products, we replaced the human who milked by a machine, we made him to produce so much milk that her udders became infected, requiring increasingly powerful drugs, she was abused daily.
As if that were not enough, and since the milk business was getting juicy, we found several ways to send this milk far from its place of production: milk powder, for non-breastfed babies among others, condensed milk, sterilized milk. (after pasteurization born at the time of tuberculosis). This milk, which was already not very good, we made bad and indigestible by killing what allowed it to be digested in order to keep it.
And then, modern life has meant that those who were the most fragile, whose juices were running out, became revealers of this defect in milk. Instead of milk soothing and balancing them, the indigestible milk from sad and mistreated cows, served anytime, anytime, dead ... made them sick.
This does not prevent the milk of a happy and well treated cow, raw, served at body temperature, to someone who has an appetite, in spring or in summer especially, cut off from water, associated or no to plants, to be a source of blessings, an ode to tenderness, and an extraordinary dedication to the fertility of the earth."
