I hope everyone is well. I will be back in New Zealand mid December. I still have some stock packed away I couldn't sell before I left so for those interested I would be happy to get it out and do up some packs to be purchased. I will keep you all updated.

It has been a whirlwind past 10 months with lots of ups and downs and 10 months on the road travelling. A friend and I set up a charity in the USA for women 55+ experiencing housing insecurity world wide https://bhendi.org/ At the same time I helped set up an online magazine for women 50+ to give women in our demographic visibility and voice https://themarigoldlifestyle.com/

I am now pursuing my own business in medical tourism which I will be releasing in a few weeks. Hard to believe when I left NZ last December I was completely devastated and lost in my life. Now I have been a part of creating a meaningful charity with businesses that support the big vision to help as many women as possible!

Next year I am hoping to set up here in Thailand a sewing circle for the women that come to stay here where I live 6 months of the year. The goal is to continue creating menstrual products that we can then distribute into communities here in SE Asia. This is still my passion and after a year off I have realized I want this to still be a part of my legacy :)

The Marigold Lifestyle is an e-zine and online community that gives voice and visibility to women aged fifty plus. It encourages them to leap off the hamster wheel, nourish their biggest dreams, and live life to the fullest in their retirement years.

Hello I hope everyone is well. I thought I would share a group that a friend and I have.... she set it up and it very quickly has grown and morphed into an amazing concept with 15,000 members joining in the past 6 months!!

It is called Empty Nester Women Looking To Relocate. Now the name applies to most of our members however you do not have to have an empty nest to join or looking to relocate. It is a group that offers lots of advice on relocating, what others have done once the kids have left home, loads of information about getting off the hamster wheel like we have and living abroad or those wanting to travel for a month or more.

After becoming economic refugees of our own country, we are now travelling the world setting up long term accommodation rates for women that want to live in one place for min of 1 month at a time.

The huge amount of shame I felt because I could no longer support myself due to rising living costs was awful. It is only something I have started talking about recently and we have found that there are thousands of other ladies out there in the same position. Most people I know thought I was heading off on a great adventure. The truth is I was heading off to try and find a cheaper life as I could not afford to support myself any longer despite working 7 days a week.

I have just spent 2 months living in Krabi Thailand which has been life changing. From this new group, we will be able to help so many women and change lives!

Now that I have closed this business and jumped of the hamster wheel I have my travel page sorted. For the rest of the year I am travelling and documenting my travels. Once I am back on track after a nice long break I will be looking at incorporating some social giving/volunteer work into my travels and working out where is most needed to donate sanitary products. But for now this year is about me and getting my health back on track :)

I would like to thank all of you for supporting my wee business over the past 17 years. I am proud of what I accomplished providing education, products and support to my customers over the years. For any products left unsold I will be taking what I can overseas to donate to some remote communities I will be visiting in South East Asia. I am hoping to set up and education and donation program with a friend in the coming year to support these small remote villages but not until I have taken a good break. Just before Christmas I will be on a plane with my daughter off to do some volunteer work and explore some incredible places.

I am finally getting down to the last of our stock. In about 4 weeks my office is being sold and removed so everything must be gone by then :) I have just added more pad sets approx $20-$40. Just about evening is marked down half price or more. It has been a very long process closing down but I am almost there!!

Closing down sale ends in July. I am down sizing and need everything gone by early July. I will keep adding and marking down products as I get it sorted.

Thank you for orders over the past few weeks. Apologies for delays in getting orders send out. I was unwell for 10 day and then the courier didn't collect orders all last week!! I have rebooked the courier for tomorrow and hoping he arrives.
