HG Yoga At the centre of us lies the person we are meant to be. Yoga helps remove the layers hiding us.

My intent is that through demystifying yoga I can make it accessible to busy and everyday people. Whether that be in the work place, by attending regular classes, or attending workshops and retreats. Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to create a healthier, more positive and passionate life.

It's a week of freedom ahead so dig deep. Sirius, our spiritual sun will be activated. just as the sun we know warms us, the sirius warms our soul. It's a time to release limitations and express our true selves - so let's go. Make a wish and spread it in the wind.

Yoga practice this week will be focused on activating this energy.

Monday - 7.15pm at Wild Wellbeing
Wednesday - 6.30am at Newlands CityFitness
Friday - 6.30am at Thorndon CityFitness
Saturday - 9.00am at Wild Wellbeing
Sunday - 8.15am and 9.30am at Kapiti CityFitness; and 4.00pm at Thorndon CityFitness

And very excited personally as we enter this week - my last week of my day job. woop, woop. a bit of dancing in the lounge this morning.

Yoga retreat wrapped up and so thankful for the amazing people who I get to share this with and big thanks to my daughter Sophie stepping up and doing the sustenance.

A good mix of kundalini, breathwork and power and good humour.

Loved the eye masks - recommend 🥰. Beautiful aromatherapy pulse oils by Sara Williams.

As I read all of the promotional material for different modalities for good health I am always reflecting that if only people could find yoga - it’s all here. Appropriate movement, breathwork, sound healing, mental reflection etc etc Talk about uplifting 🙏🥰

We had a great breathwork, mantra meditation class last night. We all sleep so well after these, it’s a sound healing sleep.

We have two more weeks of these classes and if you can’t make those look out for more later this year.

I have booked a venue for a weekend retreat end June. It will be limited numbers - watch out for details coming. Costs will be kept low for this one and will be in a lovely homestead. I’ll have room at the venue for 3-4 and up to another 3-4 who can attend for the days.

It will be a great get away and timed before I head overseas for 5-6 weeks.
