These are the reasons you may not be seeing results with your training :

1️⃣ You are not training hard enough, you may be showing up to the gym but are you following a programme and finishing your sets every time? Do you try and do 50 different exercises in a session to give yourself “variety” . Or are you just going to chill on the treadmill and do a few random ab exercises on the mats. Structure, repetition and progression is what you need In your gym sessions.

2️⃣ Fuelling your body! If you brought a Ferrari and put 91 gas in it, it would probably run pretty s**t, the same goes for your body. If you are not eating the right amount of carbs, fats and protein for what your body requires, you’ll find it harder to train and you’ll have less energy.

3️⃣ Prioritising rest! I mean good quality rest too. Not lying in bed until 11:00pm scrolling on TikTok. That is not rest and you most likely won’t wake up feeling rested ready to give it your all the next day. Get good quality sleep where possible and give your body and brain the rest it needs to function and perform.

If you can do all 3 of these consistently my friends you have cracked the code to sustainable fat loss!

Remember results take time, the clients of mine who see the best sustainable results are the ones who stay consistent for 6 months and then continue to do so from there.

I understand what it’s like to have no time for self care.

As a mum and a business owner myself I am constantly on the go, and at the start I always struggled to make exercise a priority in my life. Maintaining a consistent healthy diet that didn't involve the latest "diet fad" or "trend" was also an issue to begin with, but with help and a system that works it's changed my attitude and my life.

That is why I have created an easy to follow method that doesn’t take you hours at the gym and is uniquely tailored for each and every individual.

I can help you to achieve your health and fitness goals from the comfort of your own home , in my studio or in the gym for only 30 minutes or less, just a couple of times a week.
