I know first hand how tough life can be. It throws us curveballs, heartache and transitions, which at the time we don't always understand. That said, I also know that life can also be more beautiful and wonderful than we ever thought possible. And trust me there have been times where I never thought I'd be able to say that and wholeheartedly believe it.

Over the past three years I've been on a soul-searching journey to find me again after landing myself at a painful and heartbreaking crossroads. It's been treacherous and expansive, but it has allowed me to create something that could never be taken away from me - values, self-love and a deep knowing of who I am and what it means to be me.
