Begone dammed lump by Jess and Marion!
Jess gets rid of her large fatty lump with Black seed oil.

“I tell everyone about Black seed oil. And the story about the disappearance of the dog's lump. It happened about a month ago and the lump hasn’t returned.

The relationship between taking black cumin seed oil. honey and Covid 19

Like the Mainland cheese ad, " sometimes, somethings good in life just takes a little time."

And so it has proven to be with black cumin seed oil.

And with that cute, almost Victorian description from a Malaysian Islamic man on how black cumin seed oil ramped up his love life, I disappeared down this rabbit hole 10 years ago.

His ringing recommendation about the dilatory properties of black cumin seed oil made me curious. I ordered some complete with what was claimed to be New Zealand manuka honey

It arrived. It was complete crap! Undeterred by my disappointment, I ordered and imported a trial shipment from Pakistan.

That too was crap.

I've had to kiss a few more frogs since then with black cumin seed oil obtained from other locations around the world.

Now, I've found a goody'un as my old scaffolding partner used to say.

Now I'm pleased to see, that it may feature as a tool in the arsenal against Covfid 19 infections.

I've been throwing off a few kidney stones off lately. Or maybe it is just existing ones moving further down the internal plumbing. Either way, some say kidney stones are painful than childbirth. An hour into drifting off to sleep last Sunday, a familiar grinding persistent pain gripped me in my lower chest. It was slightly right of centre, waking me up. As a survivor of two previous heart attacks, I thought I recognised the symptoms straight away. The pain is persistent. And it has a grinding characteristic. It is glacial like. My awesome 98 year old Auntie is the full deck of cards mentally. She still lives independently, cooks, cleans, and makes up beds for incoming guests. It was in that line of activity recently, that she severely barked her shin. She rolled a good 40-50mm of skin back down her leg. The complicating issue besides her age, and naturally thinner skin that injures more easily, was her diabetic status....
