Made these today.. the bottoms got a little dark because of a fault in my oven, however they were delicious!! I made some flat and some plumper so could try crispy (my hubby's favourite) and chewy (my favourite) in one batch. I like both. Premix available and with thanks to !

Keto is hard, they say...restrictive they say.... well this is my lunch today along with some spiced Chicken...and for my Honey's birthday, Chocolate flavoured Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache icing with Whipped cream for desert... yes so limiting... but if this is limiting...I am loving it!!
