Charlotte and Ursula are the facilitators and founders of REMiND. Their collaboration started six-years ago when they started teaching mindfulness courses in Auckland. (Photo #4)

Their content and courses are science-based, Charlotte is on the pulse of new emerging research in the mindfulness field and continues to update the content often. Ursula brings different experience, she connects deeply to the spiritual practice of silence and contemplation. Together their teachings make sense for almost any person.

Practice Presence is their foundational mindfulness course. They are only running one cohort this year, starting August 1st.

The skills you learn during this course you will have for life and will result in a more fulfilling life for you and those around you.

We are training a small group of you to become REMiND facilitators this September.

You will learn how to facilitate REMiND’s corporate curriculum, including, foundational mindfulness tools, values work, non-violent communication, mindful leadership, self-compassion and more.

To sit, to sit, to sit, how can we feel motivated to sit 🧘🏻‍♂️ One of the hardest parts of having a meditation practice is actually making the time to sit. It is the barrier to most peoples practice.

There is no one solution. Maybe it’s an accountability tracker; maybe it’s having a healthy discipline, maybe it’s joining a course, maybe it’s maybeline.

What are some tactics that got you back on track, when you have fallen off? I’m sure everyone would be grateful to hear 👂🏼
