Welcome to HeartFocus Coaching!
Hello everyone 📷:)
My name is Maja and I am a Health Coach in training and will probably be fully qualified by mid 2019.
I am already a certified Life Coach & Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and I have chosen the name HeartFocus Coaching, because Focus is what we need to make the changes we want to see in our lives and our wishes need to come from the heart to make sure we are on the right track without letting the ego take over...
I have also been an international photojournalist with a greatly successful carreer for over 2 decades before turning my focus more towards the inside world where everything is possible and we don't need to wait for the right moment, because EVERY moment is the right one for a good thought into the right direction!
