💜 INTERNATIONAL WOMANS DAY 2022💜

❌This year’s campaign theme spotlights the individual and collective biases against women that fuel gender inequality.
Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead.

🌏 asks the world to call out instances of bias against women in the workplace, at school and at home.

👩‍🌾New Zealand have always been pioneers when it comes to paving the way for equality. Kate Sheppard is recognised as the leader of the fight to win the right for New Zealand women to vote.

🤔What can we do?

❌The campaign asks that people show their support for this year’s theme by posting selfies to social media posing with their arms crossed along with the hashtags and .

🥰Take some time to reflect and be thankful to all of the incredible women we have in our lives.
