Each week in our Waitaha pānui, we share whakamihi or 'bouquets'. Whakamihi are compliments about our staff received from patients, consumers, whānau and visitors.🥰

People regularly tell us they appreciate the excellent treatment they recieved. Others talk about the kindness and empathy of the staff. We often get feedback about the friendly and engaging Wellfood team, orderlies and cleaners; and then sometimes, even when they have endured trauma or terrible loss, people still take the time to write and just say thank you for everything you did for me and my whānau.🥹❤️

This feedback means a great deal to us here at Te Whatu Ora and we thank every person who makes the effort to recognise our hardworking and very caring staff.

This week's whakamihi took up four pages! You can read them here 👉🏼https://bit.ly/3szobwz
