We’re excited to share some great news – a few months ago we advertised our Property & Fleet Administrator role as a 6-month fixed term. But now, we’re in the position to offer it as a full-time permanent role!

Do you thrive on detail, enjoy building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This hands-on role has variety, pace, and purpose – no two days are the same.

From coordinating property maintenance to keeping our vehicles road-ready, you’ll play a key part in making sure our homes and fleet are well looked after for the people we support.

If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to join a values-driven organisation that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

He Tāngata, He Oranga – Our Wellbeing, Our Future

Mauri ora, e te whānau! This Men’s Health Week, let’s remember the strength of our whakapapa and the power of looking after ourselves and each other.

It is a sad but realistic fact that Māori and Pacific men face serious health challenges – with a life expectancy 7+ years shorter than non-Māori men. Cancer, heart disease, and diabetes are leading causes of early death, and Māori men are also more likely to be current smokers. Here are some tips to help change this statistic.
🔹 Eat kai that fuels your wairua – fresh veggies, fruit, and local food.
🔹 Keep moving – hīkoi in nature, play with tamariki, or join in on the marae sports day.
🔹 Look after your hinengaro – kōrero with your mates, whānau, or reach out to someone you trust.

💪🏾 He tangata, he tangata, he tangata – it’s all about the people.

As a population group, Māori have the poorest health status of any ethnic group in New Zealand.
