Wednesday Movement, Build Strength & Move Better.
If you’re feeling stiff, tight, or haven’t moved your body in a while, this is a good place to start.
This session is focused on building real, usable movement through bodyweight and improving mind to body awareness.
We’ll work through simple ground-based patterns, core control, and mobility, all broken down.
No experience needed. No pressure to “keep up”.
Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get settled and start warming up.
🕔 Wednesday | 5:00–5:45pm
Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Towel
• (If returning) light hand weights + ankle weights
