Wednesday Movement, Build Strength & Move Better.

If you’re feeling stiff, tight, or haven’t moved your body in a while, this is a good place to start.

This session is focused on building real, usable movement through bodyweight and improving mind to body awareness.
We’ll work through simple ground-based patterns, core control, and mobility, all broken down.
No experience needed. No pressure to “keep up”.

Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get settled and start warming up.

• Yoga mat
• Towel
• (If returning) light hand weights + ankle weights

Midweek movement 🌿

Join me - Wednesday from 5:00–5:45pm for a movement class focused on strength, mobility and primal ground patterns.

This class is open to everyone both the public and Hapkido members. No martial arts experience needed.

Hey there, want to learn how to move more freely? I run classes on Wednesdays from 5 pm - 5:45 pm, open to the public (and Hapkido members).
This week I will be taking you through primal ground movement, as well as full-body strength and mobility.

🌻Please note: arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up.

Bring a yoga mat and towel.
If you have previous experience moving with me, bring 1kg hand weights and ankle weights.

This is a bodyweight/calisthenics-based class (not yoga); you do not need to do Hapkido or any martial arts to join in.

The venue is Upper Hutt Hapkido - Unit 2, 18-22 Queen Street, Upper Hutt. This is an offering; no payment is required 🫶.

Amazing class today.

Even with a small group, the work was powerful.
We explored deep internal and external hip rotation, strong glute activation, and challenged the obliques and hip flexors by owning balance through every transition.

I always provide options for beginners through to advanced, but make no mistake, these patterns ask the brain and body to grow through mind mapping & sequences.

FLOW - conditioning & mobility

New classes starting Wednesday's. As below, these will be functional training, to help each individual's fitness and mobility goals.

I will update here.. so watch this space!! A huge thank you to all patiently waiting for me. The book is on its way to being complete with three of my specialist's all helping me with the medical side of my survival, editing and incorporating photos and extra content. It has been a mammoth task! Hopefully one day in the near future i can share my experience with you all and do you PROUD!
