I wanted to share something important.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to step away from social media.

For a long time, I’ve felt that these platforms can have a real impact on wellbeing — from how we think and feel, to how we spend our time and energy. That’s something I can’t ignore anymore.

So rather than trying to work around that, I’ve chosen to step away completely.

This comes from a place of alignment with the work I do and what I believe supports people best.

I’ll still be working with clients and sharing resources — just in a different way.

Easter chocolate isn’t the problem.

It’s how we eat it that often makes the difference.

Chocolate on an empty stomach can lead to an energy spike… followed by a crash.

Try having it after a meal instead — you’ll still enjoy it, but feel much better afterwards.

And remember — one weekend doesn’t define your health.

We often think skin health is about creams and serums.

And yes — looking after your skin externally matters.

But truly resilient skin begins inside the body.

If skin feels drier than it used to, more reactive or slower to heal, it may not be about the product you’re using.

It may be about:

– Blood sugar swings
– Inflammation
– Omega-3 balance
– Gut health
– Hormone shifts
– Sleep and stress

Skin reflects what’s happening beneath the surface.

Small daily habits — balanced meals, adequate protein, healthy fats, proper rest — often make a bigger difference than chasing the latest product.

Not flawless.

Resilient.

That’s the goal.

Ever noticed how many food packages shout at you in the supermarket?

Low fat.
No added sugar.
High protein.
Four stars.

It feels reassuring.

But most packaging is designed to sell, not educate.

The Health Star Rating compares products within a category. A cereal with four stars isn’t being compared to eggs or fruit — it’s being compared to other cereals.

That doesn’t make it “bad”. It just means the star isn’t the full story.

Here’s a simple guide I was once given that still applies:

Eat food your great grandmother would eat.

It works across cultures.

Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains prepared traditionally. Real food doesn’t need a marketing department.

Nutritional literacy isn’t about perfection. It’s about confidence.

Instead of asking “Is this healthy?” try asking “What is this made of?”

Clarity reduces confusion. Understanding creates freedom.

Have you ever opened the fridge and completely forgotten why you went there?

It’s probably not your memory.

Your conscious mind can only hold around five to seven pieces of information at once. Modern life asks it to hold far more — conversations from yesterday, worries about tomorrow and everything you’re trying to do today.

When that space gets crowded, clarity drops. We feel foggy, distracted or overwhelmed.

The good news? Your unconscious mind is incredibly capable. It stores patterns, integrates information and solves problems in the background.

Often what we need is not more effort — it’s more space.

Try this today:

Write down everything circling in your head.
Move past things back to the past.
Move future things forward to the future.
Keep only what you’re doing right now.

Clarity comes from space, not pressure.
