Give yourself Time Out and reach your full potential
With the hustle and bustle of modern life, it can be difficult to find the time and energy to set aside time for rest, recuperation and growth.
Time Out Project is the brain-child of Anja Wilhelmer and Jonathan Kopruch. Anja and Jonathan saw the need to create a safe space to take time out from the stresses and strains of the daily grind and focus attention on rest, recovery, mindfulness and emotional well-being.
With the recognition that stress, sleep and relationships represent arguably the most important tenets of our well-being, Time Out Project are proud to offer a range of services aimed at providing a holistic approach to your health, in order to support YOU in the ways that work best for YOU.
Yoga - Time Out yoga classes support and teach you how to strengthen and nourish your body. We can help improve your posture, balance and overall health through the use of basic and advanced poses and techniques. Practicing yoga regularly can help prevent injuries as well as nourish feelings of contentment and allow you to feel more centred.
Counselling - our approach to counselling is grounded in the principles of Transactional Analysis (TA), which we use as a framework to identify the strategies and habits we develop early in life that perhaps no longer serve our needs in adulthood. By embracing the central philosophy of “I’m ok; you’re ok”, our approach to counselling becomes a collaborative exercise based on shared responsibility and an equal footing.
Bowen Therapy - the list of ailments and maladies that can be treated using this relaxing, light-touch modality is astonishing. Bowen therapy releases energy, reduces muscle spasms and clears toxins from the body via soft-tissue, low-impact ‘moves’, resulting in pain relief, increased relaxation and improved flexibility. Let’s embrace health and wellness together and look after ourselves and each other by listening to our bodies and making sure we take sufficient Time Out.
