New updated schedule, some classes next week already fully booked so make sure you get your bookings in as classes are capped at 10.

Another Thursday morning gentle flow yoga added so now 9-10am and a second at 10:30-11:30am this class like Sunday proving to be very popular and booking out most weeks so I’ve added a second so no one misses out!

Loving how everyone continues to take care of themselves through the winters months and lots of new people coming to join our yoga community, I will continue to add classes as numbers grow ❤️

🌟closed next Friday for Matariki celebrations but double classes Thursday and Sunday.

Ruby back with mat Pilates and Jeanie returns next week with her beautiful yin classes so the team is back together.

We will be hosting an open day end of June so everyone can come see our beautiful space and meet the teachers. More details to come x

Ohhh it's been a while as new classes have kept me so busy!!

Update for Swell Yoga, our lovely Jeanie and Ruby away for May and both returning in June, I've been filling in for Yin yoga and Fiona still running her amazing Friday classical hatha sessions (loved by many)

New reformer classes are being added weekly as I continue to learn best times for everyone.

Love seeing all our old and new faces here joining our wellness community and sharing the beautiful new studio and space❤️
