Neuromotive Reset A Brain-Directed Approach Empowering You to Reset Your Spinal Tension

Try these 2 resets and tell me if you got a release or if your neck is moving better.

It’s not just a quick and convenient way to help yourself.

It helps your brain recognise unnecessary protective bracing - which for many people is the real reason their neck and back stay tight, locked and irritated.

Resets are repeated frequently, usually 2-6 times a day, to help the brain gradually lower its protective settings and allow more natural movement again.

After 28 years as a chiropractor I stopped targeting bones to affect muscles - I began targeting muscles directly that the brain uses to control the spine. The most exciting discovery was finding a movement reset people can do themselves to retrain protective bracing patterns through repetition.

I created a movement stimulus to replace manually releasing muscles.

That changed everything.

Because once you can replace manual release with a simple repeatable movement, you make the frequency needed to change deeply entrenched brain habits possible - yourself.

My full reset can be done in a couple of minutes.

The same muscle chain that stabilises the movements in this shoulder reset also stabilises the movements in the hip reset.

They’re often switched on and over-contracting together. The result can be a deep pulling sensation under the shoulder blade.

Try the test, then do the 2 resets. They take about 15 seconds.

Do these 2 resets 6 times a day for a week and see what they can do.

Resets are designed to be done daily. If you like this concept, there’s a full spinal routine on my website - www.nmreset.com

Instead of repeatedly adjusting the same joints, I began creating simple movement resets people could do themselves.

Then something bigger happened.

When people performed the full routine regularly, their brain seemed to use the movements it needed to lower persistent tension patterns across the body.

So I tested it on hundreds of people. Assess. Reset. Reassess.

Again and again, many didn’t need the adjustment.

What mattered most wasn’t me.
It was repetition.

2-3 minutes, twice daily, often for just a few weeks, was frequently enough to create major changes in long-standing spinal tension.

That’s when I realized I hadn’t just found a better adjustment.

I’d found a way to help people help themselves.

Repetition - that’s what your brain needs to change overprotective muscle tension habits.

These resets are built for that.

20 seconds.
5-6 times a day.
A few weeks.

That’s enough to feel the shift.

Your brain will always protect you.
But without input, it tends to overprotect.

That’s why simple tools matter -
not to stop protection,
but to keep it at the right level.

Is your neck or back stuck on high alert?

Your brain is driving muscle tension to protect you.
But it can overdo it.

More tension.
Less movement.
Pain.

To change it, you need to give the brain new input
the kind that makes it rethink its own strategy.

Small, precise movements
can help it reset what it doesn’t need.

Change the protection -
and pain changes with it.

I quit being a chiropractor because I discovered movements that did exactly what I’d spent 28 years trying to do as a chiropractor.

Not the cracking.

The restoring of ease to the spine.

It meant the spine could be reset by you, not by me.

I videoed the exact routine so you can follow the simple movements and repeat them often enough to create real, lasting change.

Tight lower back or QL?
Cut away the BS and get straight to what works.

Resets take seconds so you can give your brain the repetition it needs to break the habit.

These are overprotective brain habits.

The brain will never stop protecting and left to its own will lock you down just in case.
Resetting is a tool for keeping protection at the right level and not allowing the brain to get carried away!

Each reset works on a specific muscle chain.
The chains that control movement… and stabilise the spine.

But those chains often get stuck “on.”

Constant contraction.
Protection that was once useful - but now just lingers.

If the brain truly needs it, it won’t release.

But it almost always does.

Not instantly.
Progressively.
As the nervous system recalibrates.

This is one of the 14 movements in my full spinal reset.

I loved being a chiropractor.

But I kept seeing the same patterns come back.

Then I found a way people could reset them themselves.

A 2 minute routine. Done regularly.

That changed everything.

So I left chiropractic after 28 yrs.

Now it’s in 26 countries.
70,000 people following.

So yeah… I’ll get up at 3:45am to build this.
