On the 12th of June 2023, my husband and I packed up our 2 boys and headed away the adventure of a lifetime for 3.5 months. One small car, the open roads of Queensland Australia, a keen sense of adventure and the absolute unknown.

This photo was taken on the 13th of June, little did we know it was the first day of the rest of our lives.

For those of you who don’t know, we pack up our life in Carterton, our kids, max the dog, our fond memories of NZ and it’s people to begin a new life on the Sunshine Coast in November.

If you have a gift voucher, get in touch, I’d love to honour it before I go.
If you are a regular client and would like one last massage, get in touch, I have limited spaces but I’d love to thank you personally for your love and support. If you have never been but would like to experience a once in a life time massage with me, let me know and I’ll pop you on my waiting list as I have very few spaces left.

The greatest gift you will ever offer someone is far more precious than anything wrapped in ribbon or bought with wealth. It’s the silent permission you give them to feel safe in their own skin, to breathe without fear, and to embrace their true essence without the need to shrink or apologize. It’s the quiet, unspoken acknowledgment that they are worthy, not because of what they do, but because of who they are, in all their imperfect, raw humanity.

To gift someone the feeling of being enough is to hold up a mirror not to what they lack but to the brilliance they already possess. It is to strip away the layers of doubt and insecurity that the world has cast upon them, allowing them to see themselves clearly for the first time, radiant and whole. They no longer need to strive or perform in your presence, for you have created a space where their soul can rest, where they are loved for simply being.

What a beautiful day to be alive.

As I sit in my cute little waiting area, quietly reflecting, listening to the birds and the bees. Watching the cherry blossoms gently fall to the ground, I count all my blessings.
