A beautiful technique created by a man named Mikao Usui to channel universal energy to assist with healing through the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of all beings

I have practiced Reiki every day since 2012 when I received my first and second levels 💫

This was the start of my first true spiritual awakening

I found it to be supportive in my daily life and knew I wanted to share it with the world , so in 2017 returned to my mentor to be attuned to level three and became a Master of Reiki enabling me to teach others

I have evolved with in my practice and Reiki has supported me every step of the way

If you would like to experience what Reiki can do for you I am offering introductory online 1.1 sessions for $88 CAD

This will be a 90 minute session including Reiki, personalised coaching & recording
