Building Strength from the Ground Up!

Curious about gym training but not sure where to start? Our weekly Build classes at Pure Performance are designed just for you! Take a look at a sample lower body session with three easy-to-learn blocks.

Block 1: Foundational exercises like Reverse Lunges, Bird Dog Rows, and Banded Bear Crawls – perfect for building body awareness and initial strength.

Block 2: Learn the Landmine Deadlift – a supported way to learn deadlift mechanics, alongside targeted exercises for your hips and core.

Block 3: Progress with controlled movements like Single Leg Step Downs, Swiss Ball Curls, and Calf Raises to build functional lower body strength.

Our qualified coaches provide hands-on guidance and adjust exercises to match your individual abilities in a small, encouraging group (less than 10).
