This is a gym-floor role integrating physiotherapy with strength, movement coaching, and long-term performance.

Meet Daisy Woods — a future freeride champion and one of the most technically sound young athletes we’ve ever coached.
Today she’s demonstrating one of the most valuable movement patterns for building real-world strength and bulletproof control: the Offset Kettlebell Squat.

Most people think a squat is just up and down.
But what Daisy shows here is the true foundation of athletic movement: organising your body under uneven load, staying centred, and resisting rotation — exactly the skills that transfer to freeride skiing, mountain biking, and every unpredictable moment in sport.

What Makes Daisy’s Form Exceptional

🔸 Neutral, steady torso
Despite the kettlebell being loaded on one side, Daisy maintains perfect midline control — no lean, no collapse, no compensation.

🔸 Elite anti-rotation stability
Her obliques, QL, and deep core switch on to keep her pelvis level. This is the kind of strength that protects backs, hips, and knees on the mountain.

🔸 Balanced hip loading
You can see both femurs track evenly. This is rare in younger athletes and shows exceptional body awareness and coaching consistency.
