Life throws storms at us.... stress, grief, overwhelm, those “too much” days. Our instinct is often to fight the storm, to try and control every bolt of lightning.

But here’s the truth: storms aren’t meant to be controlled!

✨ Instead, focus on calming yourself. Breathe. Pause. Do the little things that bring you back to center. The storm will move on, just like every storm does.

You don’t have to fix it all right now. You just have to take care of you. 💛

🌿 Radical Acceptance 🌿

Life doesn’t always go the way we want. Sometimes things happen that are unfair, painful, or completely outside our control. But fighting against reality often just adds more stress and frustration.

Radical acceptance doesn’t mean you like what happened or that you’re giving up. It means acknowledging: “This is where things are right now.” By doing that, you stop wasting energy on the “it shouldn’t be this way” loop and free up space to focus on what you can do next.

It’s a skill that takes practice and some days it feels way easier than others. But with time, it can reduce stress, ease emotional pain, and help you move forward.
