We have had Tuesday sessions going for awhile and from this Thursday 11/11/21 we will be starting 7am sessions. If you would like to get involved, fire me a message and we will get the ball rolling on your journey into or back into health and wellbeing through movement and physical fitness.

Kia ora whānau,
It's time to kickstart project No. 1.
I have been working with the Management at Wellington Indoor Sports to secure a court on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This will be a space for group fitness, mainly structured around High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT.
There are alot of benefits to this type of training which involve
- a boost in fat and caloric loss during and shortly after workouts
- a boost in metabolism for hours following
- a boost in oxygen consumption
- contributing to a lower heart rate and blood pressure
- an improvement in blood sugar count
For those of you that are interested, please see the attached picture for more details.
