I joined a yoga class at The Waitarere Bowling Club this morning, quite different to my usual class I would have attended but good to have time on the mat and try new classes. Lovely friendly ladies made me feel very welcome. 🙏

As I end my 2023 intention of Observation, I reflect back and I'm proud of my inner discoveries of growth, letting go some of the heaviness I carry, opening my heart, softening.....I'm ready and I hear the call for 2024 and with a clear purpose.
A few highlights for me were, January we knocked down the wall upstairs at Sharps and created JOY studio, April held a nourishing Cacao Ceremony in the new space, in May after patiently waiting for 3 years (thanks Covid) to be finally immersed in Hoi An, Vietnam on a wonderful retreat with beautiful Hosts, and to top it off I was very lucky to travel in September to India on a meditation retreat in The Himalayan Mountains. Growth, Love, healing, Mountains, friendships, Courage, are a few words that come to mind from India but I also learnt Sanskrit words- Sat Chit Aanand, and Amaram hum Madhuram hum. I delved deeper into Meditation and the Philosophy of Yoga. What wonderful gifts.

I'd like to finish off with this beautiful blessing to you. Happy New Year and may 2024 be good to you.

Intention this week: SELF CARE
This time of the year it’s easy for us to be at the bottom of a ever growing list of things to do, places to be …..a few weeks ago I got to the stage of fatigue and exhausted so I knew what I had to do. Block out some me time.
This afternoon I had a wonderful experience at Anarga having a Ayurveda relaxation massage. What a treat!
