Hi, I’m Jay, a Remedial Massage Therapist, Performance Coach & Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of practical experience with many athletes, ranging from All Blacks like Ma'a Nonu, Pulse Netball Players and The Royal NZ Ballet, Wellington.

I offer my broad range of service @ Miki D’s Gym (Wakatu Square) and from my Home Studio in Montebello / Stoke.

My specialties include Sports- & Deep Tissue Massages, focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Additionally, I specialise in Fascial Stretch Therapy, a unique mobility-increasing approach to physical therapy that few practitioners in the region offer (similar to Thai Yoga Therapy, but on a massage table!). I’ll be returning to Welly for a week of work at my Massage Studio, but won’t have the camper this time to dwell in..
