There comes a time in all our lives when we become overwhelmed and can feel completely lost. I want you you know from my heart to yours, that this is so normal and is actually a very important part of our human journey.
This catalyst moment can come at any time, it can be triggered by any event. Sometimes there is a specific moment where things start to unravel, sometimes not. It just happens. Quietly, slowly (or more often than not, quite suddenly) and we find ourselves in a dark place, where there is no light.
Luckily for me, in my darkest moments, where I really faced off against my inner demons, a light, loving force always spoke to me (Iβm sure now looking back these were my Guardian Angels, as they have always been with me, I just didnβt recognise them at the time). The Voice of the Light always said - βNot yet my Love, not yet. Itβs not your time yet.. you have so much yet to give and so much work to do - we need you here.β And so in the many moments I have honestly felt I could easily leave this planet life, I stayed.
Like a ship in the fog, traveling through dark nights and mists, I have always been able to see the light of a lighthouse ahead, guiding me home. Sometimes very distant and dim, sometimes closer and bright. But alway pointing me to safety, towards a True North of hope and love which resonates deep within my primal instinctive core. Mentors, teachers, healers, friends, holistic medicines and methodologies have come to me, one by one, into my life to assist with my own healing, strengthening over time my energy, my health, my physicality, and most of all my Earth-Angel, courageous warrior mindset.
Piece by piece I have been put back together since my early 30βs, rebuilt over time to be a stronger, more resilient, more powerful, connected, unconditionally loving, accepting, and peaceful version of me. The intelligence and βbrain wisdomβ of my early learning made complete by recent work (through personal coaching and mentoring) to create a rock-solid energetic foundation. And a direct open spiritual channel - access to my own intuitive and infinite source wisdom.
My work now is solely to give back. To teach and bring understanding, but most of all to breathe solid belief, unconditional love, unconstrained hope, and infinite possibility into those who feel the need to hold onto a life-line (just for a while, as I did) until strong enough to start swimming on their own again. Swimming towards the Light.
βLife & Soul Path Alignment Energy Coachingβ is how I describe my work.
Let me explain. I believe we are all born onto a pre-destined Soul Path, but are born without a road-map of how to find and navigate this unique Soul Pathway. So, without this map, we begin our βLife Pathβ. A Life Path is one that is lived by default, without conscious awareness. It is shaped by the opinions and teachings of others, by our parents, schools, partners and friends, by expectations, cultural norms, society at large and world around us. It is default, unconscious, undistinguished. When you realise this you will see how far βout of the driving seat of your own lifeβ you have truly been.
Through learning to access, βhearβ and ultimately trust and surrender to the higher/inner, oldest wisest part of ourselves (Our Soulβs True Voice) we can start to navigate and close the natural gap that exists for all humans between the default βLife Pathβ that we have been living and our divine joyous birthright, our βSoul Pathβ, which naturally and effortlessly also simultaneously exists. And by doing so, we can bring all of our blessed human experiences into harmonious alignment.
And that is when we can begin to thrive. To truly cherish our life, to receive graciously and surrender to all the challenges and the most wonderful divine moments equally, we can begin living into our truest potential, our fullest expression of Divine-Self, as a matter of course and design, free from the constraints of our past.

An accomplished facilitator, mentor and coach, Alice works one on one, with large and small groups in workshop settings, in person and via distance. Alice is also a trained Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony Facilitator (with KAKAO Drinking Chocolate) and holds space regularly for Sacred Cacao Ceremonies online and within her local community.
