These beautiful ladies have been coming to Pilates Club since near day one 🥹. They quietly take every combo and challenge thrown at them (IYKYK) & I have loved watching both the strength and confidence grow within you two!

A few thoughts from Iri on her Pilates journey 💭

• Short and sweet, how would you describe your Pilates journey so far?

- I love it so much! I’ve definitely noticed progress and how much stronger I am, Taylah is amazing she really pushes me to the limit!

•What movement makes you jump for joy & what movement makes you want to cry?

- All the moves make me wanna cry internally😆 But I love lunges, I definitely wanna cry during planks.

•What difference has Pilates made to your everyday life?

- I challenge myself more to do something to the fullest, I feel a lot more confident as well.
