📖 January 8th we opened our studio doors.
Things moved fast. So much learning and adapting to.
Especially serving in a way many arent use to and for Pearl in her own independent ways to. But knowing how nourishing this tool is. Comfort in confidence sat.
Nyre was a brief past co-worker to Pearl. She spent the year resiliently pulling her life in order, and already after so much. This is the same year Pearl was pouring more focus into the wellbeing of her children and then her own wellbeing took its toll.
With her education in mental health and coming across 9D Breathwork. Pearl was inspired to learned the science behind it. Spending a week in back to back 9D Breathwork sessions with her husband.Both feeling an internal shift they hadnt experienced before. Mind and body. Pearl knew in her heart this is what she would love others to experience and rest in. Helping others is what she loves.
Pearl would watch Nyres stories, meditating and breathing in nature. She reached out to her asking if she could assist her in being a model for the Nervana. Nyre quickly became Pearls supportive assistant after that. Learning more about eachother in that moment. Nyre comes with lived experience turning to the breath while caring for her family through situations and systems that let her down, often led intuitively. Regulating through the storms.
Everything fell into place, trusting and flowing with it. Like the natural breath 😉
In only 4months they've eached learned so much from one another. Carrying a balance of energies, education and life paths. While learning so much about people and communities.
So with this gentle pause, but still rollin, Pearl our RN, Mental health, 9D facilitator will be on leave until Oct and Nyre will be space holding by appointment or special session offers.
Thank you to all those who have given and recieved energy with the Nervana thus far. It's truly something magical.
