I have started treating an 11-year-old boy came to me after being removed from a home marked by drug abuse and instability. He had all the signs of nervous system dysregulation - ADHD behaviours, outbursts, delinquency, trouble with police, and not coping at school.

His healing journey began with Remote Harmonic Egg sessions, tailored to calm his nervous system and begin clearing the deep imprints of trauma, stress, and fear.

After just one session, no more early rising, he was sleeping in. He felt calmer with no outbursts or disruptive behaviour at school or home.

After the second session, [same as the first] no more early waking, he was being helpful at home and had a full week of positive behaviour at school.

After the third session, focused on releasing trapped emotions of fear, trauma, and not feeling safe, he stayed in class for 55 minutes (a huge milestone), with no disruptive behaviour reported at school or home.

I'll continue supporting his healing until it's no longer needed because every child deserves to feel safe in their body and calm in their mind.

Anxiety doesn’t always show up as panic.
