I can't beleive another year is coming to an end
this is our last class for the year.....
Mixed feelings about taking some time out from classes for summer holls, ( don't like breaking the flow, but realize the need to recharge)
This year has been a journey of deeper self discovery and a deeper understanding of self, evolving, changing and growing, and shedding the old to make way for the new, ( on this yoga journey, everything changes 🙏) thank you to those who joined me on this journey this year
Realising that we all need time to recharge, reset, reflect, and enjoy some time with loved ones,
Freinds and family, been able to enjoy the simpler things in life, that give us pleasure, looking foreward to a kiwi summer, filled with all the trimmings that summer has to offer.....🍦
