3-4 months ago I injured my shoulder...
The last few days
I FEEL THE BEST IMPROVEMENT!!

Earlier in the week...
Self taping to encourage GHJ (anterior shoulder) a slight pull of the tissue, encouraging fascia and muscle to adjust with range of movements.
Have also been using traction and rotation movements, massage, self massage, osteo, acupuncture, loading the tissue with forearm, pec and arm stretching, heat and relaxation, crying feeling into, somatic..
I bring my own journey to the table with self recovery, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
