Think veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. These foods allow you to eat more in volume while still staying within your calorie limit, leaving you more satisfied.
3. Balance Your Favorites with Moderation 🍰
You don’t need to cut out your favorite treats! Stick to the 80/20 approach - 80% nutrient-dense foods, and 20% for indulgent choices you love. This way, you can still enjoy life while reaching your goals.
