With all the public holidays and a few days away myself, appointments are sometimes getting out to a couple of weeks ahead. So... following on from my last post and New Years resolutions... did you make any??
I'm always full of great ideas about what I would like to achieve over the coming year but have also come to realise that me and lists or goals don't really mix - and this year I also realised that that is OK!
I saw this quote and thought it was great as I'm halfway to achieving all these goals already 😉🤩
Just need to add in practising ConTact C.A.R.E and meeting some amazing clients doing it!

Well, so much for my social media presence this year - rather non-existent!! Maybe something to add to the New Years resolution list for next year 🥳
I just want to thank all my wonderful clients for giving Contact Care the opportunity to help them with their aches, pains and injuries this year. I hope that in some way, big or small it offered some type of relief.
