Receptionist/Duty Manager

Our fabulous Receptionists are the face and first impressions of our beautiful Lifestyle Village at Marsden Cove.
We are looking for a part time weekend Receptionist (every second Saturday and every Sunday) with a fantastic, positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour to join our lovely team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Customer Service – being the face of our support office for residents and visitors on site
• Administration – creating and updating key documents, answering incoming calls, managing queries, co-ordinating feedback, general admin duties
• Managing communications with our residents via email, app, Yodeck
About you:
• Previous experience in an office administration role
• Ability to use your initiative for on-the-spot problem solving
• Friendly, professional and customer focused approach
• Computer and systems savvy
• First Aid Certificate (although we will train if required)
