My new ‘go to’ breakfast.
Rather than putting everything in a smoothie where the fibre gets shredded, I make the base with spinach, beetroot,chia seeds and soy milk the night before, then add nuts, seeds, berries and yoghurt the next day.
So delicious ❤️❤️
