The Full Moon is coming - next Monday to be official. Now is a great time to check your Cina and make sure you have enough for the whole family.

Nobody likes a freeloader, and Cina is an easy way to support your system to expel unwanted worms and parasites.

Parasites steal our nutrients, including iron, and long-term can cause a whole host of problems.

Here is my good friend Barbara speaking about the NZ Homeopath Demographics Survey I had the privilege of working with her on. It's a great and very interesting listen!

Barbara Roberts, pharmacist, homeopath, and tutor, shares the findings of the first-ever National Demographic Survey of homeopaths in New Zealand. With only around 300 practitioners nationwide, most of whom are women entering the field later in life, the survey uncovers the profession’s ageing ...

I had the pleasure of talking with my buddy Eugénie Krüger from Homeopathy Hangouts again!

We spoke about the 2024 NZ Homeopath Demographics Survey which surveyed New Zealand homeopaths on their practice and what challenges they face. We also chatted about the Homeopath Membership I set up, Homeopaths NZ which is a community for homeopaths to support and grow.

Adolescence can be a rollercoaster—both emotionally and physically! As hormones fluctuate, teens can experience mood swings, irritability, anxiety, or even feelings of being overwhelmed. Homeopathic remedies like Pulsatilla, Sepia, and Chamomilla can offer gentle, natural support during this transition.

Pulsatilla – Ideal for sensitive, emotional teens who cry easily, seek comfort, and feel better with fresh air and reassurance.

Sepia – Great for those who feel irritable, withdrawn, or overwhelmed by responsibilities. It helps restore balance when emotions feel too heavy to handle.

Chamomilla – Perfect for teens who are restless, impatient, and easily frustrated. It’s especially helpful when irritability seems out of proportion to the situation.

These remedies work best when chosen according to individual needs. If you're not sure, reach out to your homeopath to check which is right for your family.

When you go and see your homeopath, you get to hit pause and look at what is going on for you and your loved ones. It’s a breath out of the momentum of every day life and a chance to share about what is really going on.

However, when you leave the clinic, it’s very easy to get swept back up into the day to day and forget to come back to your homeopath.

Let me tell you why you need to make sure you do - whether you set an alarm to remind yourself or make a booking before you leave your appointment.

Your homeopath is thinking about you.At the back of a homeopath’s mind is the people they have come to know through the personal stories they have shared in the consultation. Every so often, someone will flick into their mind and they’ll wonder how they are going. Did the remedy help? Are they ok? Do they need anything else? Homeopaths get into homeopathy to help people, so they want to know you’re doing ok, and if you’re not, then they want to help with that too. It’s likely they don’t have the time to chase you around to see how things have progressed either, so it’s up to you to get back to them.
You need to know how your remedy is doingOften, client’s come to their follow up thinking the remedy hasn’t done anything only to realise that a bunch of symptoms have disappeared. They just didn’t notice them leaving. Or, you may feel like you haven’t made a large shift but your symptoms are far less intense and less frequent. It’s important to get back to your homeopath so that you know you’re progressing. Not all remedies feel like a big shift, in fact many times the shift is very gentle. We humans like to forget discomfort and pain as soon as we are out of it. It is positive for both you and your homeopath to know you have made progress in your health and wellbeing.
It’s important for homeopathyWhat happens after a remedy is given is very important for the experience and knowledge of the homeopath. Remedies are like people - there are many facets and layers to them. For example, Pulsatilla has about 33,000 symptoms. It’s a complicated and vast subject, and so finding out what happened with a remedy adds to the knowledge about that remedy. We also train homeopaths based on the knowledge we glean from provings and cases, and as a body are constantly improving our data about remedies. It is also important for homeopathy if you feel nothing has happened, to find out if that is actually the case or if you need longer/a different potency/a different prescription/another remedy. If you feel nothing has happened, and don’t check back in, and then tell people it hasn’t worked, that is a) potentially untrue and b) damaging for homeopathy as a whole. Health is not a race and it can take a while to get someone who has spent years getting into an unhealthy state back out of it. There are often layers to be addressed, organs to be supported, processes of the body that need to come into line before the underlying condition can even be reached. Letting your homeopath guide you through this process helps with your understanding and gives homeopathy the space it needs to improve your life.
It’s part of what you paid forIf you pay for a consult, checking back in with your homeopath - even if it’s a quick email or call - is usually part of that consultation fee. If you’ve paid for it, why not take advantage of that qualified, professional’s time? You’re not bothering a homeopath by letting them know what happened, we love hearing how things are going even if it’s not positive.

With that in mind, have you messaged your homeopath lately?

13/03/2025

Something really wonderful has been happening lately.

I love when I can give a remedy to someone who has no experience or knowledge of homeopathy, and they experience the results for themselves.

This has been happening quite frequently lately and it has made my heart very happy!

This week, a ‘bucket list’ thing happened. I got to give A.R.R to a big rugby guy.

Having spent the last decade or so on the side of the field with my kids’ sports teams, I have thought a lot about how wonderful it would be to have Arnica in every first aid kit.

I’ve even offered to send Arnica to sports teams for their kit for FREE! (Offer still stands by the way).

And when I watch rugby games and see players hobbling off with injuries, or splurting blood, or taken off with concussions, I wish fervently I could send them remedies that I know will speed up their recovery, and give them longevity in their careers.

So, handing that remedy over this week, knowing this guy was going to heal and repair from injuries, sprains, strains and even concussions far more quickly and effectively just made me want to squeal and dance all over the place (just like this lady).

It just takes a couple of simple remedies to change someone’s life, and that’s the gentle beauty of homeopathy.

About Us

Fruition Homeopathy is about making life easier, using easy homeopathic remedies. Jess Coleman wanted to bring what she calls ‘the Buddies’ to as many people as possible, knowing that having a couple of remedies at home can make a world of difference.

Jess had a late start in homeopathy - it wasn’t until her first child was born that she really starting using these remedies at home, while she studied Homeopathy. All those years missing the easy life hacks! Jess had regular blood noses, bee stings, mosquito bites, sore muscles, tendon injuries, sunburns and bumps and bruises that had she known these easy remedies, could have been dealt with quickly and swiftly rather than waiting for things to heal up in their own time.

There is a remedy for everything, and this is the mission of Fruition Homeopathy - to help people get to know the Buddies and how to use them. After all, we could all do with a buddy to make life easier!
