Daylight savings is this weekend… and it can definitely take a bit of a toll on the body.
If you usually find you feel extra tired, a bit heavy, slightly dizzy, or even a bit nauseous — a bit like jet lag — then you’re probably feeling the effects of that time shift and your circadian rhythm being thrown Here’s a vid three remedies that are really helpful to have on hand before the change:
Arnica, Cocculus, and Gelsemium.
They’re lovely, gentle supports to help your body adjust and settle back into rhythm a bit more easily.
