SOLD! 🏡

This beautiful home has now sold. As we warmly welcome a lovely new Resident, we also farewell the Peace family.

At present there are no available units at Ngunguru Retirement Village. However an exciting new build is underway with completion expected around April 2026.

While houses were on the move, we had plenty of action going on next door too 💥

Huge thanks to Mike and the team from Dig it ltd for the excellent job they did retaining part of our stormwater drain.

Highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality workmanship. We are lucky to have such quality contractors here on our Coast!

There was plenty of action in the village today as we are saying a special farewell to one of our original homes, carefully lifted and loaded ready to be relocated tonight.

In its place a brand-new home by GJ Gardner Homes will soon take shape, with completion expected in February 2026.
