Every Friday morning our lounge comes alive thanks to Bett Harvey and her wonderful Sit Fit class 💛
Bett has such a special way of making exercise feel like fun rather than effort. With music, laughter and plenty of encouragement, residents enjoy a gentle but effective workout — all from the comfort and safety of a chair.
Sit Fit helps improve strength, flexibility, circulation and balance, all while building confidence and connection. But just as important as the physical benefits is the joy in the room — the smiles, the banter, and the sense of community.
