Hello lovely people!

After a little stint away, I will be returning to Hahei and resuming my classes. I have been lucky enough to also train in Pilates, both mat and reformer so will be offering a few different styles of practice when I return.

I would love to hear what you’d like to see in regards to timings and style so please let me know!

It’s all about the camel! A really lovely backbend and stretch through the front body. If we find it hard to stop that rounding through the shoulders then this is a great pose to counteract the slouch, with the opening of the front body emproving posture and in the process confidence...
