Kidneys - The batteries of our body
Kidneys - two small bean shaped organs each about the size of a fist are primarily responsible for removing waste and extra fluid from our body. However at the psychological level Kidneys store all our fearful thoughts, whether we acknowledge or we don’t. But each of us is fearful of what the future holds.
In Chinese culture, kidneys are related to “Chi” which simply means that they believe that our vital energy or life force energy is produced and stored in our kidneys. However, in yogic tradition, issues in the kidneys are related to fear of not being able to flow with life and trust the process of life.
So in this masterclass we will work with kundalini cleansing practices to activate and stimulate our kidneys so that the stored emotions pertaining to fear can come to surface and we clear them up to be able to live a more happy and fulfilling life.

Join Marksim for a session full of fun, excitement, strength, playfulness and flexibility
using the Wall rope to take your yoga practice forward.
Wall ropes are designed to enhance the practice in such a way the practitioners are experiencing the depth of the poses with minimum or no effort. Using the anti-gravity, the extension happening in this session helps to release the tensions between the vertebrae and discs.
This will allow the practitioners to practice safe inversions like headstand, handstand and shoulders and without getting injured and without any pressure on neck or back. Join us for this playful practice which focuses on enhancing strength and flexibility. This master class is designed for everyone and for all levels.

Our Yoga Shaala Teachers are internationally accredited, who have conducted more than 50 TTC's by which giving birth to more than 1000 enthusiastic Yoga Teachers around the world, have exclusive recognition and qualify for teaching 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certification Course. Graduates of our programme are automatically eligible to register as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance U.S.. Becoming a RYT means having a higher profile and gaining international recognition as a yoga teacher, attributes that many hiring studios look for.
