Sunday late lunch upon return from the beach: Buddha Bowl.
Black rice with fried Tempeh, topped with fresh diced vegetables ad salad. The secret lies in the dressing...Tahini, olive oil. wine vinegar, lemon juice, spices and nutritional yeast.

Breakfast today! Soft boiled organic eggs, spinach and sardines.
I usually have fruit, nuts and seeds for breakfast, but I was very hungry after my early morning run, and decided to experiment with a different meal to see if I can feel satiated with less food!😜

My delicious breakfast this morning after a 90 minute run: fruit salad, nuts seeds, coconut yoghurt and nut butter. I keep healthy eating simple by sticking to my motto: "Eat high vibrational living food, all the colors of the rainbow ".

As a Health Coach I help clients get the best out of life by making simple changes to what they eat, their relationships and environment.
I find it so rewarding to watch clients who felt old or tired or fat suddenly start to change and blossom into vitality and happiness.
There’s a lot of great knowledge and wisdom out there about life improvement, but most people are too busy living to learn and apply it.
That’s my job in a nutshell --- I study nutrition and life improvement techniques, pass the right knowledge to my clients, and help them to apply it in their lives.
I learned my job the hard way. I was a stressed and unhappy CEO heading towards burnout who determined there must be a better way to live. It took years of study and experimentation, but eventually I found the right teachers and learned to apply their wisdom and knowledge, and today I’m happy and energised and doing work that I love.
