I am thrilled to announce a very special offering in partnership with my dear friend and mentor, Wendy. Together, we will be guiding an intimate three-month microdosing journey for women, dedicated to nurturing physical, energetic, and emotional well-being while fostering spiritual growth.
This transformative experience will be available both online and in person, providing a supportive container that encourages a feminine path of wisdom and cultivates a strong sense of community.
We both have a deep passion for bringing women together in sacred gatherings, providing them with a safe space to learn, grow, and celebrate each other's paths as they remember their true selves.
Each month we'll explore a new theme. This will come in the form of intention setting, somatic techniques, rituals, and our collective listening and attuning to what's arising in our community.

All calls will be held on Sundays 6 pm EST. They last 2 hours and it's encouraged to attend them, though not required. Recordings of the informational portion of the call will be sent out within 24 hours.

+ January 7, 2024 - March 17, 2023
+ Six, 2-hour online gatherings (every two weeks)

In the Lakota/Sioux tradition, a person who is grieving is considered most awake, most holy. There's a sense that when someone is struck by the sudden lightning of loss, he or she stands on the threshold of the spirit world. The prayers of those who grieve are considered especially strong, and it is proper to ask them for their help.
You might recall what it's like to be with someone who has grieved deeply. The person has no layer of protection, nothing left to defend. The mystery is looking out through that person's eyes. For the time being, he or she has accepted the reality of loss and has stopped clinging to the past or grasping at the future. In the groundless openness of sorrow, there is a wholeness of presence and a deep natural wisdom.
~ Tara Brach: True Refuge: Finding Peace and Freedom in Your Own Awakened Heart

Learning firsthand the power of this sorrow and falling deeper into myself in the process.

It has been a full moon cycle to this very day since I unexpectedly lost my cherished furry companion and as this full moon approached we welcomed a new baby girl into the family.

Rest peacefully, my sweet girl Emma, and welcome with love, Arlet Victoria Ladino Bonilla.

Thank you grief for showing me your magic. 💫

Ladies, there's an exhilarating beauty in being intimately connected to the miraculous vessel that is our own body.
Just like Pachamama, we carry within us that same frequency of life force and creation.
By embracing our menstrual cycles, we honor our bodies as the sacred vessels they are. Our monthly bleed is not just a biological function, but a deep, innate connection to the Earth's natural rhythm and the eternal cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.

Feminine embodiment goes beyond our physical forms; it's through our sensations and emotions that we intimately connect with the profound miracle of life. 💫

In order to converse with the wild feminine, a woman must temporarily leave the world and inhabit a state of aloneness in the oldest sense of the word. Long ago the word alone was treated as two words, all one. To be all one meant to be wholly one, to be in oneness, either essentially or temporarily.
That is precisely the goal of solitude, to be all one.

“The walls turned to gold, the bedcover was gold, my whole body was becoming gold, liquid gold, scintillating, warm gold. I was gold. It was the most pleasurable sensation I had ever known, like an or**sm. It was the secret of life, the alchemist’s secret of life.”

In light of the psychedelic renaissance I wanted to acknowledge and commend the true pioneers and the original carriers of ancestral medicine. Without their wisdom and traditions, this movement wouldn't exist.

As someone deeply devoted to the responsible use of plant medicine, It is important that I express and enact on my deep gratitude to these tribes that have so generously shared their traditions and ancestral medicines with me.

It has been an absolute honor and privilege in my life to be entrusted with the sacred knowledge of these traditional practices. The wisdom shared by these communities has enriched my life beyond measure, and I hold their teachings close to my heart.

In the spirit of Ayni -sacred reciprocity, it is essential that proceeds from my offerings make their way back to the communities that have shared their healing modalities with me. This act of giving back is not only a gesture of gratitude and respect but as I believe a rightful and virtuous balance.

🌿✨ Recently, I found myself immersed in the jungle, harvesting alongside the Matses tribe. During this transformative experience, I uncovered some intriguing knowledge about Kambo (Kampuc) that is seldom shared with the world.
Kampuc, also known as Acaté, when translated actually means to "auto-destruct." Its original application involved using a Tepi to administer it through the nose, much like the way we use Rapeh. An essential aspect of this practice was the agreement made between the giver and the receiver. It was understood this could result in a fatality therefore the responsibility solely rested upon the receiver, for they had willingly complied and comprehended the risks involved.

In the realm of plant medicine spaces, accountability is often discussed. We ponder the ideas of soul contracts and told to view triggers as precious gifts. That those that hurt us bring us an important lesson and an opportunity for a deeper healing.

While I've come to understand the sentiment behind this perspective, I also recognize how it can be misused as a means to evade responsibility and spiritually bypass. It's disheartening to have witnessed those serving plant medicines abusing their power and perpetuating cycles of abuse.

So here, lies the vital lesson presented by Acaté. It revolves around the essence of established and honest consent.
Each step is consciously and willingly embraced, empowering us to navigate through our healing by our own CHOICE.

Let us walk this path together, honoring the wisdom of those who came before us as we approach our personal exploration with respect for others and an unwavering commitment to the sacred bonds of trust and consent. 🌱💫

The gift of limbic resonance is that you start to learn how to self-regulate as you learn how to deeply love and accept yourself, to learn to feel and experience your entire range of emotions.

As you learn to experience pleasure in all areas of your being, this will then start being part of your embodiment.

As your embodiment moves in this space, it will then start affecting, influencing, and impacting others, offering them a way to re-write their own stories in turn.
