It’s always a bittersweet feeling when it comes to say “goodbye” here at Pacha Munay 💛

There’s indeed so much sweetness because of how close we feel in the short time spent together. And just a bit of sadness for we will for sure miss you!

However, there are no real goodbyes in these sacred lands. There’s only a see you later or as you’d say in Quechua: Tupananchiskama my friend

Braden you’re one of a kind and it was an absolute pleasure to host you. We are excited to witness you in your unfolding and welcome you back anytime!

Yesterday we traveled through the high Andean páramos to reach the healing thermal waters of Lares 🌿

The landscape alone feels like a reset: a wild, rugged, expansive world of sky-reaching mountains and beautiful wildlife (think llamas, alpacas, cows, horses, herds of sheep with their loyal guarding dogs) Through cloud forests, gushing creeks that come out of nowhere, and zig zaggy roads, we go. Altitude, over 4,000 meters!

And then you arrive, step into the hot pools, and your whole system start to downshift.

These waters are naturally heated and rich in minerals, known for their therapeutic effects on the body.

But more than that, your mind becomes completely relaxed, suspended in a blissful pause… The permission to slow down, to soak in stillness, breathe, and just be.

This is part of the medicine of Sacred Valley — not just the places, but how they invite you to return to yourself.
