A little bit about me...

I am passionate about all things nutrition - from everyday nutrition on how to obtain a well-balanced diet and feel healthy...whilst trying to juggle a super busy schedule! All the way to eating for sports performance and elite competition; knowing what to eat for the type of training and the optimal time to eat for the best results.

Each and every one of us is unique, there is no “1 size fits all” with the way our bodies absorb and utilize food. There are also no quick fixes, change takes time and you and your body are in a long-term relationship, so you have to take time to listen to it and understand its wants and needs.

My mission is to help those who are struggling with their nutrition, lost in a continual cycle of dieting and bad eating habits or anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition for their body and training. I want to help teach others how to adapt and change their nutrition habits - whatever their goal.
