We are a couple of days late, but in honour of international daughters day on Sunday this pic of my girl from one of our many impromptu photo shoots & these few words.

I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous to find out I would be having a girl when I was pregnant with you.

I honestly never expected to be a girl mum too, with two boys already I just felt as though I was destined for more.

But then, along came you.

You’re your daddy’s twin, a fiery Leo, loud and so aware, you know what you like & what you don’t and you’re not afraid to speak it out loud.

you’re never one to back down or leave a stranger without knowing you’re seen.

I can only hope you will carry this through life, to be resilient & adaptable.

To speak up & stand up, to show your true, beautiful, loving self.

You’re wild, you don’t like shoes or clothes or brushing your hair now at 5, I can’t wait to see who you become.

Thankyou for blessing us, for making us girl parents too.

We couldn’t imagine life without you.

Low Tox with white linen? You crazy girl

Or so I thought…

DIY LOW TOX BLEACH ✨

this diy is super easy & most likely made with products you have in your home!

Ingredients
7 cups water
1.5 cups hydrogen peroxide
3/4 cup thieves household cleaner
1/2 cup lemon juice
15 drops lemon EO
3/4 cup bi carb soda

Directions -
Mix all ingredients together and give a good stir to dissolve some of the bi carb.

For laundry use 1cup per load of whites

Tip - use Epsom salts and bicarb soda in place of peroxide for a coloured clothes boost!

Don’t forget to team this with your thieves laundry soap! 💪🏼

OH HEY! 👋🏼 😍

I thought I should re-introduce myself now that we have been growing this little page for 2years now!

I am Beth, mum of 4 amazing kids & 32 years old!
My babes range in ages from 2-12! They keep me busy, happy, loved and certainly on my toes.

I’m a true believer in ‘everything happens for a reason’

Over the last few years I’ve been on a journey of self growth.

Through divorce, heartbreak, raising children, money struggles, panic attacks, PND & a s**t tonne of grief, here I am, everyday, showing it’s possible to see that light again.

6 years ago I met my match with a guy who compliments me, not only verbally but emotionally, physically too.

He loves to be organised, me not so much.

He loves a plan while I’m all about the spontaneous.

For a long time I wanted to stay the same, but I am thankful he has helped me to grow.

A lot of people think josh is the elder of the two, when in fact he is 5 years younger than I. Something I never would have guessed when we got together.

Remember wherever you are in life, everyday is a new opportunity to try again, to try something new, to find something you truely believe in.

So Thankyou for following along here on our page, I am so incredibly grateful for each and everyone of you.

Nothing ruins a good meal like the taste of
dish soap residue, read on to find out what chemicals you may be adding to your dishes, you need to know about.

Ever re washed a plate because of some visual residue?

Ever tasted that residue in a spoonful of food?

Unfortunately it’s not the natural eco plant based formula that you’re promised.
Instead filled with some toxic chemicals I’m sure you would like to know what.

❌ TRICLOSAN - a main ingredient widely used in gels, banned in the US for its adverse effects on the mitochondria (the powerhouse of our cells.

❌SLES - sodium laurel sulphate

It’s been a rough week for this dude, tonsils & adnoids removed and he also had his nasal passages cleared as he wasn’t breathing through his nose at all 😩

It’s been a week of long nights and pain but we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Can’t wait to have my happy boisterous boy back ✨

Every person is different, their skin, their smells, their reactions.

For 12 months prior I had been using young living Valor deodorant and I absolutely Have no complaints

But we change, I changed, what I was putting into my body was changing and Therefore my body’s reactions were changing.

The dreaded B.O began to return & whilst I had done armpit detox & all the rest I was still on the nose 👃

I returned to the drawing board instead of heading back to the store bought like I previously would have.

Insert - patchouli, an acquired smell, one I had actually recently been turned off of so I had abit of a stockpile.

Patchouli is insanely great for cell regeneration and amazing for killing odour causing bacteria & acne, I’ve popped on a roller fitment & rolled underneath the armpits for the last 10 months with incredible results.

Even josh has joined the bandwagon!

Falling asleep has never been an issue for me, it’s staying asleep that’s the problem.

I would wake up and toss and turn for such a long time until I implemented some sleep help into my routine.

Some of our faves are

Good rest blend -

Roman chamomile

Tranquil roller -

Low Tox oral care 🦷

We have been using only Yl products for our oral care now for almost 2 years and we love it plus our teeth are in top top shape!

Our choice of toothpaste is definitely the whitening option, spicy & fresh all in one.
Our kids also love the citrus flavour of the kidscents toothpaste

We certainly don’t miss the store bought version!
