💗Pinktober- October💗 is celebrated world wide as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Throughout the month of October we'll be donating 50% of the money that we make from our fitness classes to cancer awareness programs in Goroka.

Our classes are open to both men and women.

Our participants have been very consistent throughout the month of July. Well done to all those who have been attending the fitness classes.

This is the first month of our Beginners Fitness Classes and we have ended our final session for July today. 🎉
I have received a lot of good feedback from the participants, all of them are excited to continue on their fitness journey. The best thing that we have learned from this month is that everyone felt motivated by each other and kept improving each week.😇

Do join us on Mondays and Thursdays at the Goroka Grammar School Junior Campus, Garden Street, 5 pm - 6 pm.

Well done Josh 🏊🇵🇬

Papua New Guinea’s Josh Tarere swam off to a good start not looking back on his opponents, winning the Men’s 100m Freestyle – Heat 1 of the preliminary round clocking 53.85 seconds.

Josh was among 79 swimmers in the competitive race of 10 heats.

After the completion of the heats and official timings recorded; the 16 fastest from the heats proceed to the semi-finals. However, Josh did not qualify for the next round.
