⁉️Did you know that high uric acid levels can cause gout, joint pain, and kidney stones, sometimes before you notice serious symptoms?

♻️Uric acid is a waste product your body makes when it breaks down certain foods and drinks. Normally, your kidneys remove it from your body. But when there is too much uric acid, it can build up in the blood and form tiny sharp crystals around the joints. This can cause painful swelling, especially in the big toe, a condition known as gout. High uric acid can also lead to kidney stones and other kidney problems.

🌬️ Bronchiolitis: What 🤱Parents Should Know
📍Bronchiolitis is a common viral infection that affects the small airways in the lungs, especially in babies and toddlers under 2 years old. It often starts like a simple cold but can quickly make breathing difficult.

👶 Symptoms to watch for:
✅Runny nose and cough
✅Wheezing or noisy breathing
✅Fast or difficult breathing
✅Poor feeding and tiredness

🦠Most cases are due to Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), which spreads easily during the cooler months.
⚠️Bring your child to the clinic if you notice:
✅Trouble breathing or chest indrawing
✅Blue lips or fingertips
✅Signs of dehydration (few wet nappies, dry mouth)
✅Extreme tiredness or difficulty waking
